In the scenario of gene sequence match application, there are many different gene databases distributed in different regions, that is, the owners of databases is unwilling to share the whole database because of large quantity of data and important value of data to biology research. However, the owners would like to provide search services such as gene sequence match, if the user application can not damage the gene database. On the other hand, the users also worry about the privacy of their codes/data. For example, the user hopes to protect privacy of his submitted gene sequences, because the gene sequences may be important discovery.
